This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and True Academy, the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1, 2, 4 – 11 and 15 – 25 of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. Clauses 3 and 12 – 14 apply only to the sale of Services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and Our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon Our sending a confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been accepted.

• Service refers to the TRUE Academy website and learning platform.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of TRUE Academy and form the entire agreement between you and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms then you may not access the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain courses are offered on a subscription basis ("General Academy Masterclasses"). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay recurring fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize the Company to charge your payment method for the renewal unless you cancel through your account settings or by contacting us before the renewal date.

Lifetime Access Courses

True Development Series courses are offered with lifetime access. Once purchased, you retain permanent access to the course materials and certificate for as long as the course remains available on the platform.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, but cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. Lifetime access courses are non-refundable except where required by law. If the Company terminates your access for a reason other than your breach, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your Subscription term.

Price Changes

The Company may modify Subscription fees from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period after reasonable notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, with notice when practicable, if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of California shall govern these Terms.
